Terms of Service

Áspilon Cosmetics BV (CBE / VAT BE1020.265.004), a Belgian limited-liability company registered at Oktrooiplein 1, Bus 201, 9000 Gent, Belgium. Incorporated 21 February 2025; principal activity “manufacture of perfumes and toilet preparations”. Our products are formulated and manufactured in-house under the scientific direction of Dr. Barbara Geusens (PhD, dermatology).

Prices are in Euros and include VAT for EU destinations. We reserve the right to change prices for future and new orders. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed, nor do they apply to active subscriptions without at least 30 days' prior notice to the subscriber. The price you pay is always the one shown at checkout at the time of your order.

Orders become a binding purchase once payment is confirmed. You can cancel any order up until it enters dispatch, just email us within the window.

Stock is limited. If something sells out between adding-to-cart and payment, we refund immediately and tell you when it's back.

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (transposed into Belgian law in articles VI.47-VI.53 of the Code of Economic Law), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, send an unambiguous statement (e.g. an email to [email protected]) within the 14-day window. A model withdrawal form is available on request.

After receiving your withdrawal notice, you have a further 14 calendar days to return the goods to: Áspilon Cosmetics BV, Oktrooiplein 1, Bus 201, 9000 Gent, Belgium. We provide a prepaid return label.

We refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier). Refunds are processed using the same payment method you used unless you've explicitly agreed otherwise.

Exclusions: cosmetics products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (article VI.53, 5° Code of Economic Law). Unopened products in original sealed packaging are fully eligible for the 14-day withdrawal.

Aspilon products are cosmetics, not medical devices. They are designed to provide buildable visual coverage; they do not treat, cure, or otherwise affect any underlying skin condition. If you have a specific skin condition, consult your doctor or dermatologist before use.

Patch test new products for 24 hours on a small area of skin before wider application, we include a tester with every first order.

We stand behind product quality: if a product is defective, we replace or refund.

We're not liable for outcomes outside normal product use, cosmetic results vary by skin type, preparation, and application. That's why we offer free consultations.

Belgian law applies. Commercial disputes go to the courts of Ghent.
