Acne scars

Even coverage without disrupting barrier recovery.

Post-acne marks come in two flavours: pigmented (red, brown) and textured (icepick, boxcar, rolling). Aspilon covers the pigment without suffocating the skin's ongoing repair, and softens the look of texture by reducing colour contrast.

How to cover

Three steps.

  1. Apply to clean, moisturised skin. Don't skip the moisturiser even on oily skin. Acne-scar coverage needs a hydrated base.

  2. One layer of CC Cream across the face is enough for light post-acne marks. For deeper marks, spot-apply Foundation with a brush on the darkest areas only.

  3. Blend outward with a damp sponge so there's no visible edge between covered and uncovered areas.

What works

A few things we’ve learned.

  • 01

If you're actively using retinoids, BHAs, or any ongoing acne treatment: apply those at night, Aspilon during the day. Don't layer heavy actives under makeup.

  • 02

Don't spot-cover individual pores or blackheads with foundation. It makes them more visible. Reach for CC Cream instead.

  • 03

Set only the T-zone if you're oily. Keeping the rest of the face un-powdered prevents cakiness on textured areas.
