Return Policy
If the product isn't right, we make it right. Unopened products can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
Statutory right of withdrawal
Under EU law (Consumer Rights Directive / Belgian Code of Economic Law Art. VI.47), you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. In addition to this statutory right, we offer a commercial 30-day return window as set out below.

30-day refund or exchange on unopened items
Unopened products in original sealed packaging can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
We email you a prepaid return label. Drop it at any parcel shop.
For exchanges, the replacement ships once we receive the original.
Refunds hit your original payment method within 3 business days of us receiving the return.
Opened products
For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics products cannot be returned or exchanged (article VI.53, 5° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law).

Damaged or defective items
If a product arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We replace on our side, no return shipping required.
How to start a return
Forward your order confirmation to [email protected] with the reason: wrong shade, changed mind, any of it.
We reply within one business day with the next step.
