Are Aspilon products safe for sensitive skin?

Aspilon is developed with dermatology experts for sensitive and reactive skin, and both formulas are dermatologically tested. Aspilon is co-founded by Dr. Barbara Geusens (PhD, bio-engineer with more than 20 years of experience in dermatological science), who leads the scientific development.
Who is Aspilon actually made for?

People with visible skin differences, rosacea, port-wine stains and other birthmarks, vitiligo, scarring, and uneven tone. Founder Matthias De Potter has lived with a port-wine stain his whole life and built Aspilon after years of not finding makeup that combined real coverage with skin health.
Where are the products made?

In-house in Belgium, under the supervision of our scientific team.
What do the formulas actually do for my skin, beyond coverage?

The CC Cream and Foundation are formulated to support skin barrier repair and hydration alongside buildable coverage, skin care and coverage in one step, not a mask on top of your skin.

Orders & shipping

When will my order ship?

Aspilon is currently accepting pre-orders ahead of its first shipment. First shipments are estimated to begin in early November 2026. Orders will be dispatched in the order they were placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details when your order ships.
When will my order arrive after that?

Once shipped, delivery time depends on your destination, see our full Shipping Policy for the breakdown by country/region.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to all EU countries, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway, and to selected countries worldwide. You see the delivery options and costs for your country at checkout and in our Shipping policy.
How does order-tracking work?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Returns & exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?

You can return unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Email info@aspiloncosmetics.com with your order number to start a return. Return shipping is at your cost. Wrong shade? Return it unopened and order the other shade.
Where do returns get sent?

We'll provide the return address (our fulfillment partner ShopWeDo in Mechelen, Belgium) once you contact us to start the return, this keeps the process and address current if it ever changes.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?

Contact us at info@aspiloncosmetics.com within 30 days with your order number and we'll replace or refund it. Your 2-year legal guarantee also applies.

Can I collaborate with Aspilon?

Yes, we welcome dermatology clinics, creators, and retailers. Contact us to discuss.
I'm a dermatologist or a clinic. How does that work?

Write to us at orders@aspiloncosmetics.com, our address for pharmacies and dermatologists, and tell us a little about your practice. We will get back to you about how we can work together.

Ingredients

Can I use it after a laser treatment?

Ask your treating dermatologist or clinician when you can resume makeup after your laser treatment. Follow their aftercare instructions and do not apply to broken or unhealed skin.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

The CC Cream and Foundation are dermatologically tested and formulated to support the skin barrier. Individual sensitivities can vary, so check the ingredient list for any known sensitivities before use.
Does it contain fragrance?

No. The CC Cream and Foundation are fragrance-free.
Where do I find the full ingredient list?
