About
Makeup that starts with the skin.
Aspilon makes complexion products for people with visible skin differences.
Developed with dermatology experts, and produced in our own facilities in Belgium.
Why we started
Care first. Coverage second.
Growing up, I never found makeup that truly worked for me. I was born with a port-wine stain, and for years that meant two choices: leave it visible and face the stares, or spend hours applying heavy, pore-clogging foundation that felt uncomfortable on the skin.
Most complexion products are built for the beauty industry, not for people living with visible skin differences.
I didn't want to hide who I was.
I just didn't want to be defined by it.
Together with Dr. Barbara Geusens, a bio-engineer with a PhD in dermatology, we created Aspilon from the ground up.
Combining advanced skincare science with high-performance coverage, we set out to develop foundation and CC cream formulas that deliver real, buildable coverage without compromising skin health.
