Returns

You can return unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Under EU law you also have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase for any reason, sale items included.

For hygiene reasons we can't take back products whose seal has been broken.

To start a return, email info@aspiloncosmetics.com with your order number. Return shipping is at your cost.

We refund within 14 days of your message, including the original standard delivery cost, once we have received the product back.

Wrong shade?

Return it unopened within 30 days and order the other shade.

Damaged or wrong item?

Contact us within 30 days and we'll replace or refund it. Your 2-year legal guarantee also applies.

Shipping

Weekday orders placed before 22:00 ship the same day. Belgium: €4.95, free from €50. Other countries: see our shipping policy.
